Four Putt

Terms of Service

fourputt.golf · Effective 11 June 2026

Four Putt lets groups of friends run season-long match-play golf leagues. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need to be 16 or over, give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

Your leagues and content

You own what you put in — names, results, scores, photos. You give us permission to store and display it to your league-mates (and on your league's public page if an admin turns that on). League owners control their league: admins can correct results, and the owner can transfer ownership or close the league, which permanently deletes its data.

Fair play

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to break or overload the platform, no scraping other people's data, and no impersonating others. Banter is encouraged; harassment isn't. We may suspend accounts or leagues that break these rules.

Plans and payment

The free plan is limited (one league, one season, up to 8 players). The paid Clubhouse plan (£39/yr per league, or £25/yr founder pricing for early leagues) unlocks live scoring, season history, awards and more for the whole league. Any league member may purchase the upgrade; it applies to the league, not the individual. Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew annually and can be cancelled any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. If a paid plan lapses, your data stays — the extra features just lock again.

Service availability

Four Putt is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or withdraw features. We'll give reasonable notice of anything that materially affects paid plans.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Four Putt tracks a game between friends — settle on-course arguments on the course.

Ending things

You can leave a league or delete your account at any time (Profile, or via the contact form). We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your league data.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a term turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged here with a new effective date. See also our Privacy Policy.
